Our story begins with our love for food since 1987 through the hands of the late Alok Kumar Ghosh. His love for food provided him with the motivation to establish a single Railway catering unit to cater to people traveling on the Kamrup Express. Alok Kumar Ghosh's catering service always aims to satiate its customers with delicious yet the utmost hygienic and quality dishes. Alok Kuman Ghosh’s spark of passion denotes a labor of love, the culmination of a dream of culinary creations, and a belief to build a food empire someday in the future. Alok Kumar Ghosh’s Catering Pvt. Ltd. has been able to evolve its culinary creations with evolving customer preferences and food trends. With growing reputations, we have decided to innovate, adapt, and explore new frontiers. Juic-A-Vit is a new fresh juice and smoothie unit that we are establishing at different outlets in Tinsukia, Assam.
